JOB DESCRIPTION — Petroleum Engineer

Monitor oil and gas extraction and ensure smooth operations across offshore and onshore assets. Design and schedule drilling activities, analyze geological and production data, and present results to stakeholders. Research new recovery methods and identify prospective reservoirs.

Collaboration is essential—you’ll work closely with drilling, reservoir, geoscience, and HSE teams using computer-aided models and database software.

RECRUITMENT

Required: Engineering degree and Professional Engineering (PE) license. Strong analytical and mathematical skills, IT literacy (CAE/CAD, modeling, databases), and excellent communication and technical writing. Willingness to travel regularly. Initial contract: two (2) years, renewable based on performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION — Drilling Engineer

Plan, engineer, and supervise drilling programs for offshore and onshore wells. Optimize well design, casing, mud programs, and cost/schedule. Ensure HSE compliance, contractor coordination, and real-time performance monitoring from spud to completion.

Document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and non-productive time reduction.

RECRUITMENT

Required: Engineering degree, PE license preferred, strong modeling/software skills, and field experience. Excellent communication and reporting discipline. Initial 2-year contract, renewable by performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION — Project Engineer

Deliver upstream, midstream, and downstream projects from concept to commissioning. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder alignment, procurement, contractor oversight, risk management, and interface control with operations and HSE.

Prepare technical documentation, coordinate multi-discipline reviews, and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION — Geophysicist (Exploration)

Acquire, process, and interpret seismic and potential-field data to define subsurface structure, prospectivity, and drillable targets. Integrate geological, petrophysical, and reservoir data to de-risk opportunities and support portfolio decisions.

Prepare technical presentations and work closely with drilling and reservoir teams from prospect maturation through well execution.

JOB DESCRIPTION — Administrative Officer

Provide administrative and logistical support to engineering, HSE, and project teams. Responsibilities include document control, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, vendor liaison, purchase requests, and maintaining records in ERP/Doc Management systems.

Assist with audits and compliance paperwork, onboarding support, and internal communications to keep operations running smoothly across sites and the Perth office.

RECRUITMENT

Required: Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field; strong MS Office and data management skills; excellent organization and communication; prior experience in energy/resources is advantageous. 2-year renewable contract.
